1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GrowthFunded website and any evaluation or funded-account program operated by Growth Funded LTD (the “Company”). By purchasing a challenge or creating an account you accept these terms in full.
2. Nature of the service
All accounts issued by the Company are demo accounts operating in a simulated trading environment on live market data. No order placed on any account reaches a live exchange or counterparty. The Company is not a broker, custodian or financial intermediary and provides no investment advice.
3. Fees
Challenge fees are service fees. They are not deposits, do not represent client funds, are not investments and do not generate returns or interest. Fees cover platform infrastructure, technology, support and risk management. Where a plan advertises a fee refund, that refund is issued alongside the trader’s first performance reward on the funded account.
4. Trading rules
Each plan publishes its profit target, daily drawdown, maximum drawdown and minimum trading days before purchase. Breaching any published limit closes the account. The Company will notify the account holder by email with the specific breach detail. Rule sets in force at the time of purchase apply for the life of that account.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Exploiting latency, pricing errors or platform faults.
- Coordinated or hedged trading across multiple accounts to guarantee a pass.
- Account sharing, sale or transfer without written consent.
- Use of third-party copy services that mirror another participant’s activity.
Accounts found in breach may be closed without a reward and without refund.
6. Performance rewards
Rewards are calculated on the published profit split and paid in USDT following a request submitted from the account dashboard. The Company targets settlement within 24 hours. Reward eligibility requires the account to be in good standing and free of any active breach investigation.
7. Restrictions
Services are not offered to residents of jurisdictions subject to FATF, EU or UN sanctions, nor to residents of any territory listed in our onboarding policy. Participants are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where they reside.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected account. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
The Company may amend these terms. Material changes take effect for accounts purchased after the publication date and are announced by email and on this page.
