2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, country and date of birth.
• Verification data — identity documents where required to release a performance reward.
• Transaction data — challenge purchases, reward requests and wallet addresses.
• Trading data — activity generated on your simulated accounts.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers.

3. Why we process it

To provide and administer your account, to verify identity before releasing rewards, to detect prohibited trading conduct, to meet legal and anti-money-laundering obligations, and — where you have consented — to send product updates.

4. Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract for account administration, legal obligation for verification and record-keeping, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, and consent for marketing communications.

5. Sharing

We share data with payment and blockchain settlement providers, identity verification partners, trading platform providers and hosting providers, each under contract and only to the extent required. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for the life of the account and for a further period required by applicable financial record-keeping rules. Verification documents are deleted once the retention period expires.

7. Your rights

Subject to local law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to support@growthfunded.com and are answered within 30 days.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users and regulators of any qualifying breach without undue delay.
